The All- Party Parliamentary Group on West Papua, comprised of 16 MPs from all of the UK’s leading political parties, is holding a virtual Annual General Meeting on December 15 at 12:45PM.
Chaired by Alex Sobel MP, the meeting will be briefed by newly appointed interim President of the Provisional Government of West Papua, Benny Wenda.
With the UK ambassador summoned by the Indonesian Foreign Minister in Jakarta and the Indonesian military and police personally pledging to attack Benny Wenda, there has never been a more vital moment for parliamentarians to act in the UK.
