That Vanuatu transmit the Motion attached as Annex A to the Secretary General of the United Nations before or by the start of July 2010 for inclusion in the agenda of this year's session of the General Assembly to be issued by his office on or around 16 July 2010.

Green MEP Helps Launch International Parliamentarians For West Papua In Euro-Parliament

27 January 2010 - Green MEP for the South East Caroline Lucas played host to a group of human rights activists and a traditional West Papuan dance troupe at a reception last night to mark the launch of International Parliamentarians for West Papua.

International Parliamentarians for West Papua – Papua New Guinea Chapter Launched on 7th November 2009. The official launch of the International Parliamentarians for West Papua “PNG Chapter” took place at the University of Papua New Guinea on the 7th November 2009. Hosted by the Governor of the National Capital District Powes Parkop MP and deputy governor of Western Province Mr Buka Kondra MP the day was a huge success. The main aim of the International Parliamentarians for West Papua is to advocate for and to ensure that the people of West Papua exercise their fundamental rights to self determination.
